The Madness continues as Insomniac releases the trailer and dates for next years’ (2012) Electric Daisy Carnival. Click the above picture to teleport back the 2011 EDC which has now been moved to its new home in Vegas. The production value from the early years of this festival compared to now have increased so much that it is hard to imagine how small the roots of which this amazing festival began. We are extremely excited and waiting in anticipation for them to announce next years’ line up. One of our top picks for a hopeful headliner would have to be Daft Punk!

Last year there was a a lot of controversy when the WMC moved its dates to the beginning of  March after the Ultra Music festival announced that it would take place at its usual time towards the end of March. This year WMC (winter music conference) & MMW (Miami Music week + Ultra) have been combined to provide us party goes with 9 days of pure Electronic Dance Music Bliss.

The Oficial dates are now:
Winter Music Conference = 16th-25th of March
Miami Music Week = 20th-25th of March
Ultra Music Festival = 23rd/24th/25th of March

The Positives aspects= Amazing Sound, Visuals, Fireworks and Lighting, High Energy Crowds & of course the Music.
Our top three favorite sets have to be… Swedish House Mafia, Wolfgang Gartner & Duck Sauce. I am sure other djs rocked it but there were just too many areas to march around to in order to take all of it in.
The negative side of things = Dirty bathrooms, parking and $8 beers.
All said and done it was worth the trip to LA and a great inspiration to take in.

We came across this site a while back and felt we should share. It has tons of hour (or more) long sets of djs around the world. All filmed live with multiple camera angles at such places as the WMC in Miami, Ibiza & Clubs in England.
